General
Antivirus software may be blocking RockTool. Add RockTool.exe to your antivirus exclusion list. Also try running the program as administrator by right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator".
Visit cageservice.net to purchase a license key. After purchase, register in the tool's login screen with your credentials.
RockTool supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit only).
Account Creator
Check your IMAP server and port settings in the configuration. Make sure IMAP is enabled on your email provider. Common settings: imap.firstmail.ltd:993
The email provider may be slow to deliver verification emails. Try increasing the timeout value in your settings. Also check your email inbox manually to confirm that verification emails are arriving.
Using a VPN is recommended when creating many accounts to avoid IP-based rate limiting. RockTool supports Mysterium VPN for automatic IP rotation.
Code Redeemer
Make sure the Launcher Path in your configuration is correct. The default path is: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher\Launcher.exe
The Code Redeemer uses image recognition to navigate the Rockstar Launcher. This requires:
- Windows display scaling set to 150% — go to Settings > System > Display > Scale and set it to 150%.
- Rockstar Launcher language set to English — change it in the Launcher's settings.
If these aren't set correctly, the tool will fail to recognize UI elements and click on the wrong things.
The codes may be invalid or already used. Check usedCodes.txt to see which codes have already been processed. Make sure you're using valid, unused activation codes.
No. The Code Redeemer uses screen automation to interact with the Rockstar Launcher. Do not move the mouse or interact with the Launcher while the tool is running.
Password Merger
Verify that your API key is correct and still valid. Also make sure the email:oldpassword combination in your input file is correct — the old password must match the account's current password.
Yes. If your input accounts have a 2FA secret as the 4th field (e.g. email:oldpass:newpass:2fasecret), it will be automatically preserved in the output as email:newpass:2fasecret.
